Q2.What's your MOQ ? Can i mix different styles to a start order ?
A:Yes, the MOQ is 720 pcs for each style each color, but we can provide any stock as sample for you check the quality first, or send high definition photo of sample for approval by email.
Q3.Could you make my own design ?
A:Yes, it is welcome. please send us your design document of PDF, AI format.
Q4.Can I get a sample?How is the sample charge?
A:
(1) Can send you our ready sample to test our products quality, you just pay sample shipping cost
(2) Pay mold cost to make your design sample , we make sample as your design or give us details we make design send to customer approve.
Q5. If I need samples, what are your procudures and steps?
A:
(1) After your payment, we start to prepare samples.
(2) When samples are done, will send you photos firstly to check if any revision is needed.
(3) When everything looks fine, we'll send samples to you to check details.
Q6. How many days to receive sample ? What's your delivery time ?
A:
(1)Samples: 7-10 days.
(2)Production of Bulk Order: 30-40 days.
(3)Shipping: it depends on the destination.
Q7.What's your shipping method ?
A: Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS, by sea, by air,etc.
